Run the same MS Teams application twice to connect to EU and US organization

### Problem Statement

We are running several projects in a US-organization in Sentry. Now I created a second organization in EU and let our teams migrate their projects from US to EU.
Unfortunately, I cannot add the "Sentry" application a second time into our MS Teams organization. If I click "Add to team", the window just closes and no invitation message is sent.
Our teams use the integration into channels in MS Teams quite a lot, so this basically means: all projects need to be moved at once which makes the migration to EU servers so much harder.

### Solution Brainstorm

Is there a trick or workaround to (temporarily) run the same "Sentry application" ([https://docs.sentry.io/organization/integrations/notification-incidents/msteams/]()) in MS Teams twice, one for the US sentry org and another one for the EU sentry org?
