Add Teams filter on each page

### Problem Statement

Within projects tab there is a `teams` filter. It would be nice if on all other pages the same teams filter exists.

The reason is that I have multiple projects that are connected to the same main project: e.g. .net backend, angular-frontend, flutter app. Up to now I have to chose the project filter. The issue is that if I want to change the main project, I have to update the project filter. If there exists a teams-filter then I can have a filter on each page that filters for the team.

### Solution Brainstorm

Add a `Teams` filter left to `All Projects` on each page to filter for teams, then `All Projects` should only show projects that matches the `teams`-filter.
