### Problem Statement
Feedback from users:
> Hello everyone! We've recently started using [Incident.io](), and it has a notification type for alerts. It would be awesome if we could have Spike Protection events trigger it, but it seems like I can only assign Slack or team/person emails to be the recipients of Spike Protection alerts. This is a more general request for Spike Protection to alert anything an event-based alert can than an Incident.io-specific request (I think).
[Incident.io]() is a 3rd party integration, we should support webhooks for such events as well
