[ Auth Tokens ] Last Access timestamp not updated after uploading debug files

### Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://sentry.io/settings/auth-tokens/ and create a new auth token
2. Use that token to upload your debug files according to [these docs](https://docs.sentry.io/product/cli/dif/)

### Expected Result

In the Auth Tokens page, the "LAST ACCESS" entry should be updated to reflect the time we uploaded the debug files using that token.

### Actual Result

The timestamp is not updated. This can be confusing, as a customer has reported that they deleted a token thinking it was never used, when they had actually been using it to upload their debug files.
