Unable to add 2FA on Safari + Chrome after resetting

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have yubikey added to sentry account
2. Reset yubikey using yubikey manager
3. Check user's 2FA again on Safari or Chrome
4. Frowny face appears immediately, no prompt to add 2FA pops up
5. Keeps happening even if you delete the old, expired yubikey that you just reset

Note in here I used Firefox as a workaround to add my keys
