Description

### Problem Statement

Here's some feedback a customer shared with @jas-kas

> while digging into feedbacks that Sentry now offered a native Discord integration, so I tested that in the process but the output was less exhaustive and elegant than the non-official [sentrydiscord.dev](http://sentrydiscord.dev/) offered.

The alerts in the plugin show both the stack traces and several tags out of the box, This is valid feedback to consider as we improve our integrations

Research direction

Start in Settings - Integrations and review how the native Discord integration formats alerts, using the linked sentrydiscord.dev output as the comparison point. Determine which stack traces and tags the issue expects to appear, then verify the Discord alert output reflects that context.
