Issue Activity: show reason why "Sentry marked (un)resolved"

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Link Sentry Issue with Jira Issue.
2. Resolve or un-resolve Jira Issue.
3. Observe the following in activity:

https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/issues/10259

### Expected Result

1. Comment indicates WHY issue was resolved/unresolved e.g. "auto-resolve after X days", "linked Jira issue [link or name] was resolved", etc.
2. Conversely, linked issue in Jira added comment "Resolved because Sentry issue [link] resolved"

### Actual Result

Reason is shrouded in mystery. 🧙‍♂️ No indication provided.
