Description

### Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to an internal integration ([example](https://shopee-d1.sentry.io/settings/developer-settings/kenrick-testing-integration-bc451a/))
2. Upload an image at Small Icon
3. Save Avatar

---

I tried several simple images too, but always failed. When I tried the previously successfully uploaded image from my other [internal integration](https://shopee-d1.sentry.io/settings/developer-settings/shopee-mattermost-alerts-0e5b48/), it also failed this time.

Some images tried:

P.S. Those images are exported from Figma. Pretty sure it only contains black color & alpha channel.
