Indexer: replace homebrewed producer with an arroyo producer

The indexer is the only consumer that does not use an arroyo producer. The arroyo producers all emit the same telemetry to make monitoring easier. The indexer should use the arroyo producer, so we can utilize the existing relevant dashboard for the indexer
