Setting a response threshold of less than 100ms should not be allowed in the UI

If you go to the performance tab, you can see the user misery for a transaction at the far right (see screenshot).
If you click "..." you will see the option to edit the threshold, if you choose an option lesser than 100 ms (2nd screenshot) you will get a generic error (see 3rd screenshot).

I would expect the UI to prevent a value of less than 100 before hitting submit.
