Monitor Adoption rates

### Problem Statement

i wish to know when my game adoption has reached a certain threshold so i can monitor and improve how fast my users are adopting a version.

### Solution Brainstorm

adoption is already tracked by Sentry. all that is required is to expose the adoption property to Sentry users and allow for alerts to be created using that property
