Jira Server Integration shows every project of the Jira Server on Ticket Creation

### Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect a Jira Server Instance with Sentry by following the Guide
2. Configure Jira Server Projects for the Integration
3. Open any Issue in Sentry
4. Click on "Jira Server Issue" on the sidebar listed under "Issue Tracking"
5. Click on the "Jira Project" Dropdown

### Expected Result

Only configured Jira Server Projects should be visible inside this Dropdown.

### Actual Result

A complete list of all Jira Projects of the Jira Server is presented.
Further the list only contains the Project Codes and not the full project name. This is contray to the configuration of the Jira Server Projects for the integration, where you can only see the Full Names of the Projects.
