### Problem Statement
Following the improvement to the "[Recommended event in Issue Details](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/discussions/54522)", this setting is only available at a personal account level.
As a team admin or org owner, I would like everyone in my team to have the same event display on an Issue details page.

Add the "Default Issue Level" setting on an org or team settings level
