Manually cancel "In Progress" Check-In

### Problem Statement

Sometimes, a job may crash without checking out. Whether this is because it was (accidentally) run locally, or in a controlled production-like environment that has check-ins enabled, it may occur that a job isn't able to check out.

In that case, it would be handy for a developer to manually check out, or possibly abort the check-in before any issues are created and alerts are sent etc.
