Project Settings - Field for additional information

### Problem Statement

If a organisation's project count is growing there can be a list of unknown/unfamiliar projects.
To add some kind of context to a project it would be nice to have a text area field where they would be able to fill in any information that would be relevant for that project.

Eventually it would be nice to have key value pairs to categorise projects instead of just a description field but that would be for something later.
