Description
### Problem Statement
Current Jira synced Sentry issues displays certain information on Jira's side in a sidebar such as "Events within the Last 24h" or "Events within the last 14 days".
Users would also like to make that data query-able through Jira's own [JQL](https://www.atlassian.com/blog/jira-software/jql-the-most-flexible-way-to-search-jira-14)
