Clickup integration lost

### Steps to Reproduce

We are on https://aerosimple.sentry.io/ and we lost the clickup integration that was working earlier, and we cant see the "Clickup" entry in the list of integrations anymore.

### Expected Result

Clickup integration should work as expected, and should also be listed in the integration section as installed.

### Actual Result

Clickup item is not shown in the integrations list.
