Ability To Assign An Issue Directly To A User Based Off An Alert

### Problem Statement

Assign and unassign a user based off the alert firing off.

### Solution Brainstorm

Right now, people who want to do this can leverage a webhook listener in order to receive an alert and assign an issue but that seems kinda of like an overkill for something that should be able to be done in the product.
