Discover-like queries within the tags tab of an issue

### Problem Statement

Even though there is search functionality in the All Events tab of an issue, it doesn't carry over to the tags tab.
It would be immensely helpful to be able to filter the tags by specific queries, as it would allow us to figure out correlation between tags more easily.
Also, adding time ranges support would also enhance our ability of detecting tag-dependent bugs in an issue.
