Sentry Alert Misfires?

Description
I have an alert rule https://sentry.sentry.io/alerts/rules/details/142108/?end=2023-05-03T00%3A00%3A00&start=2023-04-30T12%3A31%3A13
and it seems to incorrectly fire. I want it to fire if theres' been a 50% increase in the latency of my endpoint. it seems to fire even if the latency increase was only ~28%? Maybe the chart is off?
