Description
### Problem Statement
Currently, Slack alerts allow you to add an ID and tags when sending notifications to Slack channels.
However, the MS Teams alerts are more rudimentary and don't have the ability to send tags.
### Solution Brainstorm
Would be great if the MS Teams integration allowed for at least tags to be sent as well.
