Error on setting up 2FA when joining an org

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Receive an invitation to an organization where 2FA is enforced, with an account that doesn't currently have 2FA set up
2. Click on "Configure Two-Factor Auth" button

3. Get redirected to https://{{org slug}}.sentry.io/settings/account/security/, which returns the "Oops something went wrong" error message

### Expected Result

to be able to set up the 2FA

### Actual Result

instead of setting up 2fa, the user receives an error message and cannot join the org
