Issues view: ability to filter by project's teams

### Problem Statement
It would be great if we could filter issues by team (a project belongs to) in the issues view. Sometimes it's useful to see all issues for all projects with `#teamname` team. Additionaly project/team option in the saved searches would be appriciated. It's not about assigned teams.
### Solution Brainstorm
Add team filter or allow using `#teamname` in the project filter or in the advanced search bar (like `assigned:`)
