Add symbolication to deobfuscate Flutter view hierarchies on iOS devices

Symbolication for VHs from obfuscated Flutter iOS devices was missed. The work for this ticket is to find out what needs to be added for deobfuscation and implement it in the core product side.

Whichever means we settle on, the deobfuscation for Flutter iOS should be flagged by an option that we can update on the fly for rollout to test its resource usage.
