Slack Integration Problem - Can't configure deploy notifications to a channel

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Try and create a Slack alert for new deploys into our #deploys channel

### Expected Result

No place (I can see?) to setup deploy notifications to go to a Slack channel.

### Actual Result

https://docs.sentry.io/product/integrations/notification-incidents/slack/ says you can set up personal deploy notifications, but I can't see anything for channel based notifications.
