Automatic or programmatic Sentry-Github team mapping is needed

Currently, Sentry Github team mappings cannot be made automatically or programmatically. When a new team is added to the GitHub Codeowner, that team needs to be created in the Sentry and needed to be mapped in the Sentry Github integration manually. Otherwise, the issue ownership feature complains about that and auto-assignment doesn't work properly.
