Ability to set org-wide email routing

### Problem Statement

As a member of multiple organizations (my work account and my personal account), I want all my work-related notifications to go to my work e-mail. Right now, I need to set each project's email routing manually, one-by-one.

### Solution Brainstorm

At the very least, I should have the option to set a single email address for all current and future projects of an organization. Ideally, my work email is automatically associated with my work organization and Sentry does this automatically, out of the box.
