Member role with less permissions

## Summary

Add a different member role or add an option to enable or change the permission on current one, so that the user with that role sees nothing else than data from the assigned team. He could not, as it is now, see other teams or look at various types of organization options.

## Motivation

This change will allow novice employees the Sentry panel to be made available so that they cannot see the organization's settings and cannot see other created teams. Useful in large organizations.

## Additional Context

Perhaps a better option would be to create an advanced permissions system.
