## Description
Slack links are showing the wrong preview. When I click a link in slack it brings me to the wrong issue in sentry. You can see the screenshots below as to what I see.

## Steps to Reproduce
1. Click a sentry link in slack using the Sentry <-> Slack channel integration
2. It goes to the wrong link in sentry
### What you expected to happen
It goes to the correct sentry issue.
