Description
Environment
SaaS (https://sentry.io/)
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Alerts > Create/Edit Alert Rule
- Existing GitHub actions show the "no longer available" error; new GitHub action option does not appear in the list
- Add a new THEN action > There is no option to select GitHub
Expected Result
GitHub actions should work since the integration is connected.
Already tried
- Fully removed and re-added the GitHub integration
- Confirmed installation shows as connected in Settings > Integrations > GitHub
- No config errors visible on the integration detail page
Actual Result
Action is blocked/hidden even though the integration connection itself looks healthy.

Research direction
Start by tracing how Alert Rule THEN actions determine whether GitHub actions are available, then compare that state with the connected GitHub integration shown in Settings > Integrations > GitHub. Reproduce the issue in the SaaS environment and verify that existing actions no longer show the error and that GitHub appears when adding a new action.
