Description
Problem Statement
Sentry currently allows archiving releases, but there is no way to archive an entire project. The only option is to delete it entirely if users don't want it to show up in the Project List.
Many teams have projects that are no longer in active development but still want to retain the project configuration and any remaining historical information for future reference or auditing.

Research direction
The request concerns archiving projects in Settings - Projects, while retaining configuration and historical information and hiding archived projects from the Project List. Start by clarifying the archive behavior and affected settings and project-list paths; done means the scope is defined and archived projects remain available for reference without appearing in the active list.
