Steps to Replicate:
- Navigate to an Issue Details Page
- In Righthand column 'External Links' -> Select "Link issue" -> Jira
- In Create -> Projects you will see only the first 10 Jira Projects load to scroll thru
In order to view other Jira Projects the end user needs to type the exact Project name

The ask is to have all JIRA Projects load so the user can scroll thru all existing projects rather than having to browse/type in exact Jira Project name. This would be helpful for those who are less familiar with the organization's current Jira Projects
