Description
### Problem Statement
When I change the date range on an Issue query, I always want the time-scale graph to be updated at the same time. But the graph always defaults to 24hours and I need to click the "3d" button to change it. Tiny friction point I almost always notice, because I start reading the graph immediately, and sometimes it takes me a few moments to realize the graph isn't where I want.

Research direction
Start at the Issues listing page and reproduce the mismatch by changing the Issue query date range while observing the time-scale graph. Trace how the selector and graph receive the range, then verify that changing the query updates the graph to the same range without requiring a second click.
