Description

Problem Statement
  1. Open any issue which is linked to a JIRA ticket.
  2. Expand the "Issue Tracking" section to the right and hover on the JIRA ticket number.
  3. It will provide the user with the option to Unlink the Issue.
  4. Clicking on "Unlink Issue" shows the error message "Unable to unlink issue" error to the bottom right of screen.

Many users are seeing this error when they try to unlink the issue. The error message does not clearly tells the reason why unlinking failed.
Please let us know why some users see this error message, and if the reason is valid, provide correct and clear error message.
