Metric Issues - Early adopters feedback on UI/workflow improvements

### Problem Statement

Would be good to have mute alert option in it. We from time to time need to quickly mute spammy ones and currently it's two clicks. Also reference to alert is a bit hidden at the bottom right part of a UI.
Would be good to have button to editing alert. So we can save one click (issue -> alert view -> alert edit)
No info about env being affected and selector has all envs. In this case alert has production env configured in it's definition.
