Description

### Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

### Steps to Reproduce

See Linear ticket for internal example links from Customer.
Metric alerts both Static as Anomaly

One thought I had was that we can't really map the Alert UI to the specific Bucket of evaluation which gives an incorrect filter (?)

### Expected Result

The customer is trying to zoom in on the specific timezone through alerts to figure out what the spiking error is.
But once a 30 min (which is the interval of the alert) window has been selected the numbers of events don't align.

Research direction

Start with the internal Linear ticket and its example links, then compare the alert's 30-minute evaluation window with the corresponding Issues view using the attached screenshots. Done means the discrepancy is reproduced and the alert indicator and Issues count are shown to align for the reported timezone and metric-alert case.
