User requesting shorter retention of Audit Logs

Today is 2025 and you can see Audit Log activity back to 2017

**Ask:** can it be limited to 1 year? By Sentry staff or if the customer could configure it themselves.
**Why:** A legal requirement they have (industry regulation)
