Description

### Problem Statement

Following the trend of P75, P50, etc. it would be very helpful to be able to select a P10 or P25 for certain aggregate data to sample the "low end" of certain metrics. For example, in a video game, selecting the P10 for average FPS to determine "low performance."

Research direction

Start by locating the Explore query and dashboard controls for selecting aggregate functions, then determine how existing percentile options are represented. Done means P10 and P25 can be selected for applicable aggregate data and produce the expected low-end metric results.
