P10 and P25 functions in Explore Query / Dashboards

Following the trend of P75, P50, etc. it would be very helpful to be able to select a P10 or P25 for certain aggregate data to sample the "low end" of certain metrics. For example, in a video game, selecting the P10 for average FPS to determine "low performance."
