Description
### Problem Statement
I want to get feedback from customers in my frontend. So, we've made this module, where we get user feedback into Sentry, which works very nicely, as we get screenshots, metadata etc.
However, when we then create a JIRA support ticket via the integration, the JIRA ticket gets reporter "Sentry". This means that when we use "reply to customer" that we are never sending a mail to the customer and instead have to manually send an email. And thus, we lose traceability in our support system, which is a no-go. See here.
So I would love for us to be able to populate the tag-values such as customer_email and name into the reporter field in Jira or at least some other custom field. Then we would be able to make automation in Jira to set the correct reporter.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the Alerts Jira integration and how user-feedback tags are passed into created tickets. Done means customer_email and name can populate the Jira reporter or a usable custom field, enabling Jira automation to identify and contact the customer.
