### Steps to Reproduce
Make sure that a PDB file of ~1.5 GB is uploaded in your project's debug files, then try to download it through the web UI.
### Expected Result
The download is successful.
### Actual Result
The download fails with a connection reset on the host side. Pausing the download every 500MB seems to help as a temporary workaround.
