Included filter by Team on Custom Dashboard

### Problem Statement

I would like to formally request a feature to allow filtering dashboards by Team so we can view detail resultings and by Team directly in dashboards

**What we expect from this feature (desired details):**

A Team filter available on dashboards (dropdown/search) that applies to all crash/crash-free widgets.
Ability to select one or multiple teams at once (multi-select).
Persistence of the filter when saving dashboards and when sharing dashboard links.
Support for Teams mapped to Sentry Teams (or the ability to point the filter to a tag/field if that is preferable).
Availability via the API and for saved dashboards (for automation and reporting).
Compatibility with existing time-range controls.

**Why this is important:**

Without visibility by Team, it is hard to prioritize fixes, coordinate work across areas, and make impact-based decisions — which directly affects user experience.
