Filter `assigned_or_suggested` isn't available via the MCP NL Query

### Environment

I'm using the Sentry Integration in Cursor Cloud Agents within an automation.

### Steps to Reproduce

I tried to query for issues through the MCP using the `assigned_or_suggested` filter.

### Expected Result

I expect the MCP Server NL Query to be able to use the `assigned_or_suggested` filter and not to error.

### Actual Result

The MCP Server returns an Error stating that this filter isn't being recognized.
