### Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure SSO
2. Log out
3. Try to log in using your password

### Expected Result

There should be a way to log in using your password, for example, if SSO configuration fails for some reason.

### Actual Result

There is absolutely no way to log in using your password. And there is also absolutely no way to even disable SSO via configuration files.
