Description
There are 3 different styles of links to RFCs in this repo:
* https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc4122
* https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc4180.html
* http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4122 (which 301s to https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4122)
It might be helpful to pick one and stick with it, unless there is a specific reason to prefer different links in different situations.
