In a select with many images (and with pages style in the form), after clicking "next" the page isn't scrolled to the top.

### Reproduction Steps

Steps:
1. Click "new submission" in https://staging.getodk.cloud/projects/235/forms/selects_images_pages/submissions
2. Click "Next" to get to the 5th page (Quick pick a letter (auto-advances) question).

- Web Forms version: 1.0.3

Reproduce the issue at the provided staging form by starting a new submission and clicking Next until the fifth page, using Chrome or Firefox. Trace the page-transition and scrolling entry point, then verify that advancing from a page with many images places the viewport at the top without breaking the pages-style form flow.
