"Take Video" and "Photo library" options are in Audio widget on Iphone device

### Expected Behaviour

Photo library should not be an option when selecting and audio file and there should be an option to record audio instead of video

### Observed Behaviour

"Take Video" and "Photo library" options are in Audio widget on Iphone device, after selecting any video from "Photo library" or after taking a video there is an error informing that selected file must be an audio file.

### Reproduction Steps
1. Open all question types form
2. Go to Audio widget
3. Tap on Choose file

Start at the Audio widget reached from the all-question-types form and reproduce the Choose file flow in Chrome on an iPhone. Check the available actions and verify that audio selection offers recording audio rather than video, excludes Photo library, and accepts only audio files without the reported error.
