Align Web Form's "all question types" form with the versioned one

### Description

The 'all question types' form (`all-question-types-v2024091201`) in Web Forms is a copy from a [centralized versioned form](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1af_Sl8A_L8_EULbhRLHVl8OclCfco09Hq2tqb9CslwQ/edit?gid=0#gid=0) that is also used in Collect and other places. This form specifies Select's labels, but they are a single letter.

During [the select-with-image work](https://github.com/getodk/web-forms/pull/417), the labels used for Selects didn't help in identifying label display problems. We have updated the labels to full-word labels. However, this form no longer aligns with the versioned one, and it was renamed to `all-question-types-v2024091201-2`.

This issue concerns deciding whether to update the versioned form as one of the possibilities.
