Hide the feedback button when a dialog is displayed

## Description

On the mobile display, the feedback tag is hovering the dialog.

To enhance the user experience, hide the tag when a dialog is displayed.

### Questions
- Do we need it in all forms preview?
- Or just on the landing page of the preview site?
- Are there other form elements that should not be displayed next to the feedback doc? E.g. Rank

Start by locating the feedback tag and the dialog rendering in the TypeScript frontend, then reproduce the overlap on a mobile display. Confirm whether the tag should be hidden for every dialog or only on the preview site's landing page, and verify that it no longer appears beside the dialog when done.
