Description

The sections that describe OpenRosa headers show an example of a Date: `Mon, 14 Feb 2011 16:48:15 GMT`

https://docs.opendatakit.org/openrosa-http/#http-requests

It should specify that clients or servers may localize those dates.

Research direction

Start with the OpenRosa HTTP requests documentation at https://docs.opendatakit.org/openrosa-http/#http-requests and read the sections describing headers and the Date example. Update the text to state that clients or servers may localize dates, then verify the example and surrounding explanation remain accurate.
