Set up a basic form and collect data using Build, Aggregate and Collect

Welcome Mozilla Sprinters! If you are new to ODK, you are in a perfect position to help make sure the documentation is easy to follow.

Using http://docs.opendatakit.org/, set up a basic form collect data using Build, Aggregate and Collect. Please time yourself so you can report back how long this takes you. If you get stuck at any point, please find us in the #docs-code channel on [the developer Slack](http://slack.opendatakit.org) so we can troubleshoot and take notes on what might be confusing. Once you're done (or out of time!) write a comment below ⬇️with the following content:
- How long did this take you?
- Which part was the most challenging for you?
- Did you find the documentation complete?
- Are there any parts of the documentation you would recommend adding or subtracting to?

Once you have done this, you can
